We are a small family business and therefore do not make any profit from ensuring your products are delivered to your door as timely as possible. At present we are charging a flat fee of £3.95 delivery.

We use Royal Mail tracked service, whereby you will receive a tracking number and updates of your order.

We aim to dispatch items that are in stock within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service.  Saturday's Sunday's and Bank Holidays are not working days so please allow for this prior to contacting us.

Should you need a faster service please do not hesitate to contact us so we can try and accommodate.

We understand you may change your mind so please email info@fhthome.co.uk as soon as possible. If the item is no longer desired, please note once dispatched we are not able to recall and parcels and therefore it is your responsibility to send the item back. Terms can be found on our Returns Page.

Please note we are not responsible for any deliveries that Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, please refer to their delivery procedures.
